What  Is 3D Printing?

3D printing is the process of extruding melted plastic filament onto a build plate. 3D printers use electric motors to move the extruder in order to put down layers of plastic that eventually form an object. After modeling an object, I load the object into a program that allows me to print the object. For examples on what 3D prints look like, please see the bottom of this page.

Small Prints

From 1-35mm
$5 each

Medium Prints

From 36-70mm
$10 each

Large Prints

From 71-120mm
$15 each

Larger than 120mm
$30 each

Prices vary depending on print; measurements here are based on X and Y values, but if a print's Z value is low, the print could be a different price than listed.

For example, a business card will not cost the same as a business card holder, although the same size length and width-wise.

Request a Print

To order a print, please click the email link in the top right, or just use your email service to send an email to hansonsprints@gmail.com. Please follow these instructions while emailing:

Subject: Your Print Name (E.G.: Card Holder, Fox, etc. Basically anything you want! See 'Photos' for ideas)

Message: Include your name, the size with axis, color of your print, and preferred delivery date and method. (E.G.: My name is John Smith, I'd like a size of around 70mm by 20mm, the color to be orange, and a delivery date of 4/15/2017, shipped.)

Keep in mind not all prints will require all areas to be filled; you may want a business card created, in which case all you need to do is explain what you want done. If I have any questions I will contact you through email.

Now just send the email! Your order will be processed and you will receive a response between 24-48 hours after your email was sent. Please keep in mind no refunds are available, and payment must be made in cash. Thank you for your interest in Hanson's Prints!

Hanson's Prints does ship products, but at a cost calculated from the cost of shipping. Currently, we only ship to the U.S. If you're in the local SW Florida area, arrangements can be made to make the transaction in person.

When placing an order with Hanson's Prints, please be sure to include your preferred delivery method! Details will be provided to you if an order is confirmed.

I have over two years of experience in modeling and currently hold a certificate in Autodesk Inventor 2015, so you can be assured that your requested print is going to be a quality one.

Fun fact: this business card survived Hurricane Irma!
